Kensington Detectives are seeking assistance from the public to locate 18 year old Tristan Boyd Yarran.

Police believe Mr Yarran can assist with their investigation into burglary offences that occurred in the Belmont and Como areas.

Mr Yarran is described as being dark skinned, approximately 170cm tall with a slim build, short dark brown hair and brown eyes. He has a large tattoo of the word ‘Yarran’ on the inside of his left lower arm.

It is believed he may frequent the Belmont, Kewdale, Subiaco, Lockridge and Ellenbrook areas.

‪#‎Canyouhelp‬ – Police would like to speak with the man pictured.

A man attended Cannington Police Station on Monday 28 March 2016 and handed Police some property he had located.

The man left the Police station without providing his name, contact number or any details about how he came to be in possession of the property items.

Subsequent checks made by Police discovered that the items of property were stolen from a burglary in Perth several days prior. Despite extensive enquiries by Police to identify the man, his identity remains unknown.

Police have released a CCTV image of the man who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.

Gwelup & Innaloo Armed Robber Arrested & Charged

Armed Robberies Arrest (Gwelup and Innaloo) – Mirrabooka Detectives have charged a man in relation to two armed robbery incidents in Gwelup and Innaloo yesterday afternoon, Friday 29 April 2016.

About 1:15pm a man entered a bottle shop on North Beach Road, Gwelup and picked up a carton of alcoholic drinks. It will be alleged the man tried to leave the store without paying, and when confronted by a staff member he showed the staff member he was armed with a knife and warned the staff member not to try to stop him.

A short time later a person matching the same description entered a bottle shop on Ellen Stirling Boulevard, Innaloo and picked up a carton of alcoholic drinks. It will be alleged the man tried to leave the store without paying, and when confronted by a staff member he showed the staff member he was armed with a knife.

Detective First Class Constable Karen HIGGS from Mirrabooka Detectives said a man was arrested as a result of information obtained from the public.

“After the incident in Innaloo a customer at the shop noted the details of a vehicle the offender left the scene in. Acting on that information a search warrant was executed in Clarkson and a 20 year old man was arrested, and items of interest to the investigation were seized.

“Unfortunately the member of the public left the shop and didn’t leave their details. We would be very interested to speak to that person and we ask that they come forward and contact us.” Detective HIGGS added.

A 20 year old man from Clarkson has been charged with two counts of Armed Robbery and one count of Breach of Bail Undertaking. He was refused bail and is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today, Saturday 30 April 2016.

Did You See The Crash In Quinninup Yesterday?

Manjimup police are investigating a serious crash which occurred in Quinninup yesterday, 26 April 2016.

Around 4:45pm, a 51 year old woman was driving a beige coloured Hyundai Santa Fe, north on the South West Highway.

The woman lost control of the vehicle, left the road and collided with a tree approximately 3km south of Wheatley Coast Road in Quinninup.

The woman received serious injuries and was trapped in the vehicle before being extracted by DFES personnel. She was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital by the RAC rescue helicopter.

A 16 year old male who was a passenger in the front seat of the vehicle was not injured.

Banksia Grove Fatal Shooting

Police were called to Cassia Link in Banksia Grove around 10:30pm on Tuesday 26 April 2016. .

Major Crime Squad detectives are investigating the incident in which shots were fired resulting in a man in his 20s dying and two other men in their 20s and 50s suffering gunshot wounds.

The injured men were taken to hospital.

‪#‎Canyouhelp‬ – Belmont police are investigating a burglary that occurred at a premises on Wright Street in Kewdale on Friday 18 March 2016.

At about 6.10pm, four men approached the house and two of the men remained on the street acting as a lookout. The other two men entered the rear garden and attempted to force entry by kicking the rear door. A lone occupant of the house confronted the men who then ran away. All four men got onto a bus nearby and left the area together.

Police have released CCTV images of four men who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.

A Group Of Ten Youths Robbed A Boy Of His Ipad. Can You Help With Any Information?

Rockingham Detectives are seeking information regarding an incident in Cooloongup on Saturday, 9 April 2016.

About 11am, a 15 year old boy was cycling along Cuthbertson Drive, when he was approached by a group of approximately 10 youths (16 to 17yrs) on bicycles near Elanora Drive. The group rode their bicycles in front of the victim, blocking his path.

One of the group threatened the victim, demanding he give them his bag. As one of the youths grabbed the bag, the victim’s black coloured iPad mini fell out of the bag. The group rode off, stealing the iPad.

Three of the group are described as:-
• A fair skinned male, approximately 160cms tall, with a slim build and scraggy brown hair. He was wearing a t-shirt and shorts as well as a baseball cap. He was riding a black and gold patterned BMX bicycle.
• A fair skinned male, approximately 175cms tall with a medium build, light orange hair going blonde. He was wearing a white t-shirt and shorts, riding a white coloured mountain bike.
• A girl left the group and offered to try and get the victims iPad back. She was fair skinned, very slim, short with long rainbow coloured hair with blonde re-growth.

Rockingham Detectives Need Your Help. Do You Have Any Information In Relation To This Rockingham Incident?

Rockingham Detectives are seeking information regarding an incident in Rockingham in the early hours of Tuesday, 12 April 2016.

Just after 4am, a man holding a crowbar and with his face covered, entered a lunch bar located on Dixon Road.

The man demanded money from a staff member. When the man was told there wasn’t any money he threatened the staff member before leaving the store.

He is described as being 16 to 19 years of age, approximately 174cms tall, with a slim build and an olive complexion.

He was wearing dark coloured pants and a black hoodie with the hood pulled up over his head.

Police would like to speak to anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident who may have seen any suspicious activity (i.e. person/vehicle).

Public Assistance Requested. Can You Assist Mirrabooka Detectives?

Mirrabooka detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in relation to a robbery that occurred in Balga on Friday 15 January 2016.

About 10.45pm a 15 year old boy was at a fast food outlet on Wanneroo Road.

Whilst the boy was seated and eating his meal, a man approached him and offered to sell him a quantity drugs. The boy refused to purchase the drugs but offered the man $2 as he was previously heard asking other patrons for loose change.

The man grabbed the boy’s mobile phone and threatened the boy with violence before leaving the store in possession of the boy’s phone.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe can assist them with their inquiries into this incident.

The man is described as:

• Light skinned
• Late teens to early 20’s in age
• Approximately 185cm tall
• Thin build
• Dirty blonde hair with three rat tails on the back.
• Chipped front teeth
• Plaster cast on his right forearm
• Wearing a white Everlast T-shirt, blue shorts and white and red ‘Nike’ Air Max shoes.

Midland detectives are seeking the public’s assistance following an incident at a fast food restaurant in Midvale on Saturday 10 April 2016.

About 5.20pm a man entered the store on Great Eastern Highway and spoke to staff, during which another customer entered the store. The man waited near the cash register and when the staff member opened the till the man leaned over the counter and grabbed a handful of cash. Staff and the customer attempted to intervene however the man left the store with a quantity of cash.

He was last seen running across Great Eastern Highway towards Bellevue.

Police have released CCTV images of a male who they believe can assist them with their inquiries into this incident.

The male is described as:
– Fair skinned
– Approximately 180cms tall
– 28-30 years old
– Medium build

– Short brown hair
– Tattoo on the left side of his neck and forearm

About 10.40pm a man entered a business on Teddington Road armed with what is believed to be a syringe and demanded cash. After being given a quantity of cash the man left the store.

Murdoch Police are hoping to identify this man and woman who can assist with their inquiries into a stolen vehicle.

Sometime between 6pm on 31 March and 7.30am on 1 April a grey 2002 Holden Commodore and personal belongings were stolen from a residence in Signal Terrace Cockburn.

The man is described as being of a slim build, with short brown hair, unshaven, fair skin, and believed to have a faint tattoo on the rear of his left calf. He was wearing a white/black striped v-neck top, black shorts with white stripes, and black/red runners.

The woman is described as being of a heavy build, with long black hair in a bun, tanned skin,and believed to have a tattoo on right side of her neck. She was was wearing a blue/white checked flannel shirt, light coloured shorts, and red runners.

Driver Charged Over Merriwa Death

Major Crash investigators have arrested and charged a male driver in relation to an incident in Dunmore Circuit Merriwa on Friday 8 April 2016 at 5.10pm which resulted in the death of a 22 month old child.

Police are seeking information from the public to assist with their investigation into an aggravated burglary and stealing in Mandurah last Monday 28 March 2016.

At 3:00am, a 53 year old man was confronted by a male person who had gained entry to his apartment. It is believed at the time the male had a knife in his possession.

The male threatened the victim before he fled the building down the stairwell in possession of a handbag, which was stolen from the property.

About 7:39pm, two men entered a delicatessen located at the corner of Newburn and Edney Roads, High Wycombe. One of the men threatened a staff member with a knife, the other with a baseball bat. One threw a bag on the counter and demanded cash.

The attendant threw the bag back towards the two men who then fled from the store empty handed.

Kwinana Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 49 year old Deborah Kay BELL.

It is believed that Ms BELL is travelling in a silver Hyundai Tuscon registration 1EHF563 towing a 1991 Coromal caravan registration 8RS396 with her white and tan dog.

It is unknown when Ms BELL departed her home in Wellard or what direction she is travelling. She was last seen by a family member 19 March 2016.

She is described as being fair skinned, approximately 156cms tall with a solid build, brown/grey hair and green eyes.

Police have concerns for her welfare and ask that anyone who sees Ms BELL, or knows of her whereabouts is asked to call police immediately on 131 444.

Can You Assist Rockingham Detectives With The Identification Of These Men?

Rockingham Detectives continue to seek the public’s assistance regarding three incidents involving a firearm that occurred on Tuesday 1 March 2016. It is believed all three incidents are linked.

The first incident occurred about 9am on Parkin Street in Rockingham. The victim answered a knock at his door and was asked by a man to move his vehicle. When the victim went to move his vehicle he was approached by two other men, one who produced a firearm and demanded the keys to the vehicle. Fearing for his safety the victim handed over his keys and all three men drove off.

The vehicle, which has not been recovered, is a black Holden Commodore SV6 sedan with registration number 1DLB 655.

The man involved in this incident (composite image attached) is described as being dark skinned, approximately 26-27 years old with a solid (muscular) build, short cropped black hair and well groomed facial hair.

He was wearing a black jumper with a zip up front that had a single white stripe down the right arm and a plain black t-shirt.

The second incident occurred about 7:50pm on Waterfront Parkway and Eldon Street in Shoalwater. Two men were riding bicycles when they approached the victim’s vehicle. One of the men produced a firearm, tapped on the windscreen and asked the victim to wind down his window. The victim refused and drove off.

The third incident occurred about 8pm on Fisher Street and Jubilee Street in Rockingham. The victim was parked in his vehicle when a man approached and tapped on the window. The man produced a firearm and demanded the victim hand over his car keys. The man began to open to driver’s door however the victim was able to drive away.

The man involved in the second incident (composite image attached) is described as being tanned skinned with a slim build and unshaven. He was wearing a dark coloured hooded jumper and dark shorts.

Kensington detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in relation to a Burglary that occurred in Karawara Monday 28 March 2016.
Sometime between 1:00pm and 8:00pm, offender/s gained access to a house on Lowan Loop and stole a significant number of jewellery items, designer handbags, wallets, electronic items and personal documents.
In addition, a quantity of Australian dollars and foreign currency from United States of America, Singapore and Indonesia was stolen.
The property has an approximate value of $60,000. The attached images depict some of the jewellery items and handbags stolen.
