Ellenbrook Police Arrest Park Kisser…

Ellenbrook Police Arrest – Over the New Year period police received various reports of a suspicious man approaching women in St Leonards Park situated at the corner of Floribunda and Arthur Streets Dayton.
It was reported the man engaged the women in conversation before kissing their cheeks and attempting to follow them home from the park. The women were concerned for their safety and attempted to evade the man.
The incidents occurred between 6:30am and 8am on Thursday 31 December 2015 to Sunday 2 January 2016.
As a result of numerous inquiries by Ellenbrook police and with the assistance of information given by members of the public, a 43 year old Dayton man has been charged with three counts of Disorderly Conduct.
He is due to appear in the Midland Magistrates Court on 29 March 2016.

Ellenbrook Fire Charge

Ellenbrook police have charged a 15 year old boy from Ellenbrook following a fire in Ellenbrook on Monday 7 March 2016. It will be alleged the boy was at Mornington Park with a group of friends when a fire started. Department of Fire and Emergency Service were called to the location and were able to extinguish the fire however it burnt approximately 500 square metres of park land. It will also be alleged prior to this the boy had stolen sparklers from a nearby store. The boy has been charged with two counts of Stealing and one count of Breach of Duty under section 444A. He is due to appear in the Midland Children’s Court on Wednesday 23 March 2016.

Theft From Vehicles In Ellenbrook – Ellenbrook Police Are Investigating A Series Of Incidents Overnight…

Theft From Vehicles in Ellenbrook – Ellenbrook Police are investigating a series of incidents overnight involving cars being broken into and items being stolen from them. So far six vehicles have been identified as being targeted, and those vehicles were parked on Morella Cross, Bendora Turn, Elmridge Parkway and Rennex Ramble.

A male person was arrested overnight, and he was in possession of items believed to be stolen or unlawfully obtained. That person was charged with two counts of Trespass and one count of Possessing Stolen or Unlawfully Obtained Property.

It is believed, due to property which was located in the possession of that person, it is possible that other vehicles in the immediate area have been broken into, but are yet to be identified and reported to Police.

If you have been the victim of an overnight burglary, or had property stolen from your vehicle in the Ellenbrook area, please report the incident via 131 444 immediately.

Ellenbrook Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 48 year old Ellenbrook woman, Kristen Kaye DAVIES.

Mrs DAVIES was last seen in the Ellenbrook area at approximately 7:30am this morning (23 November 2015). She was due to attend work in Canning Vale but failed to attend.

She is believed to be on a black Giant ladies mountain bike and is wearing ¾ length denim pants and a yellow t-shirt with a giraffe print.

Mrs DAVIES is described as being fair skinned, approximately 169cms tall, medium build, hazel eyes and blond/brown hair.

Police have concerns for her welfare and ask that anyone who sees Mrs DAVIES or knows of her whereabouts call Police immediately on 131 444.
