Traffic Enforcement Group are appealing for the public’s assistance with locating witnesses to an assault which occurred in Bullsbrook.

On Tuesday 8th of March close to 8.35am at Bullsbrook College car park on Chittering Road, Bullsbrook it will be alleged that a white sedan was driven at a female Bus Warden. Fortunately no injuries were sustained in this instance.

Police are seeking any witnesses to please come forward in particular a lady who recorded the incident on her mobile phone.

Around 1:15am this morning (24 February 2016) Traffic Enforcement Group 1 officers were conducting patrols of Bentley when they observed a Toyota Corolla with altered registration plates travelling on Ashburton Street.

It will be alleged as police activated their emergency lights and siren the driver accelerated away. Before police could follow the vehicle the driver failed to negotiate a stop sign at the intersection of Ashburton, Pollock and Wilby Streets and collided with a fence.
The male driver fled and was apprehended by officers a short time later.

A 32 year old Seville Grove man will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today on the charge of Breach of Bail and he is also due to appear on the 15 March 2016 on the charges of Fail to Stop; Reckless Driving; No Authority to Drive; Alter Registration Plate to Avoid Detection and Fit False Plates to Vehicle.

Traffic Enforcement Group Officers Had Charged A 36 Year Old Man With Driving Under The Influence Of…

Traffic Enforcement Group officers had charged a 36 year old man with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol after he was stopped yesterday afternoon (Sunday 21 February 2016).

At about 1:10pm, police were conducting patrols in Gosnells when they stopped a Holden Commodore. At the time the driver had two children in the vehicle under 8 years of age. It will be alleged the driver provided an alcohol reading over 3 times the legal limit.

The Gosnells man was arrested and charged with Driving Under The Influence of Alcohol, Drive Unlicensed Vehicle, Contravene Learners Permit.

He will appear in court at a later date.

Traffic Enforcement Group (TEG 3) officers are investigating a hit and run crash that occurred at the intersection of Leithdale and Oakleigh Roads in Darlington yesterday, Sunday 7 February 2016.

About 10:40am, a Triumph motorcycle collided with a white coloured hatchback (make unknown) at the intersection of Leithdale and Oakleigh Roads.

The rider of the Triumph, a 50 year old Victoria Park man received serious injuries and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the hatchback failed to stop and was last seen driving south along Oakleigh Road in Darlington.

TEG 3 officers would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the crash or either vehicle prior to the crash. Anyone with any information is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a report online at http://www.crimestopperswa.com.au

Around 1.30 this morning, Traffic Enforcement Group officers saw a Mitsubishi Pajero with allegedly stolen plates pull out of service station on Rockingham Road in Spearwood. Officers attempted to stop the car, with it evading police for a short time before pulling over.

Police soon identified the car as being allegedly stolen and the female driver and male passenger were questioned.

A search of the car located methamphetamine, stolen credit cards, stolen property and other drug related items.

Together with Detectives and Response Officers they charged the two. A 28 year old woman of Hammond Park was charged with Stealing, Steal Motor Vehicle, Possess Prohibited Drug, Possess Stolen Property, No Authority to Drive, and Breach of Bail. She will appear in Perth Magistrates Court today.

A 32 year old Bicton man has been charged with 2 x Possess Prohibited Drug and will appear in court at a later date. #DatewithaMagistrate
