Suspicious Behaviour Results In Arrests In Yarloop

Waroona Police have charged a man with multiple cross district offences after he was stopped in Yarloop allegedly driving a stolen rental truck.

On Saturday, 2 April 2016, Police were notified of a rental truck acting suspiciously in the town site of Yarloop. Police attended and arrested the driver and passenger on suspicion of driving a stolen motor vehicle and they were conveyed to Waroona Police Station.

The driver, a 43 year old man from Bunbury was charged with:
– Steal Motor Vehicle (Wagerup – 2 April 2016)
– Burglary with Intent in Dwelling (Halls Head – 15 September 2015)
– Aggravated Burglary and Commit (Coodanup – 26 December 2014)
– Stealing (Coodanup – 26 December 2014)
– Criminal Damage (Coodanup – 26 December 2014)
– Possess Stolen of Unlawfully Obtained Property (Wagerup – 2 April 2016)
– No Authority to Drive – fines suspended (Wagerup – 2 April 2016)
– Breach of Bail (Perth – 30 March 2016)

He will be appearing in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on 8 April 2016.

The passenger, a 38 year old woman from Falcon will be summonsed to appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on 6 May 2016 on the offence of Possess Drug Paraphernalia.

A 34 Year Old Mandurah Man Has Had His Car Seized For 28 Days After Allegedly Carrying Out A ‘Burnout’…

A 34 year old Mandurah man has had his car seized for 28 days after allegedly carrying out a ‘burnout’ near the Waroona Police Station on Christmas Day.

It will be alleged around noon on 25 December 2015, the man was witnessed by a police officer carry out the act on Recreation Road in Waroona.

The man was stopped by the officer a short distance away.

Also in the vehicle was his 10 year old and 7 year old daughters, a quantity of Christmas presents and the family dog.

The man will be summonsed for Creating Excessive Noise and will appear in court at a later date. His Ford Falcon was seized for 28 days.

A stupid mistake could be your last, look after your yourself, your passengers & everyone else that shares the roads.
